Vianido is in pre-launch. This policy explains what we collect when you join the early-access waitlist or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. We will publish a fuller policy covering the product before it becomes generally available.

Information we collect

When you request early access or contact us, you may give us:

• Your work email address — required to join the waitlist.
• Organization name and role — optional, to help us understand who's interested.
• Anything you write to us — the optional message on the form, or an email to hi@vianido.com.

We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how this site is used (such as page views and referrers). We do not use this to identify you individually.

How we use it

• To contact you about early access and product updates you asked to receive.
• To understand demand across the organizations and roles we're building for.
• To respond to questions you send us.

We do not sell your information, and we will only email you about Vianido.

Where it's stored

Waitlist details are held by the service providers we use to run the site and our email, under their own security and data-processing terms. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reach us directly at hi@vianido.com.

Changes

As Vianido develops, we'll update this policy and revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
